Payment Policy

Payment methods

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify and the payment providers presented there. You must use a payment method you are authorized to use.

Authorization and charges

When you submit an order, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout, including product prices, shipping, taxes, and other disclosed amounts. An order is not complete until payment is authorized and the order is accepted.

Pup Club membership is a separate recurring authorization. New members receive a 21-day free trial, then the authorized payment method is charged $29.99 every 28 days until cancelled. There is no enrolment fee and no minimum term. You join only after affirmatively accepting the membership disclosure shown with the price, trial, billing interval, and cancellation instructions.

Membership cancellation

Cancel Pup Club online at any time from Manage Account. Cancellation stops future membership charges and benefits at the time shown in the cancellation flow. If you cancel, you must sign up again to become a member. A membership cancellation does not automatically refund an order or a charge that was already due.

Failed or disputed payments

If a payment fails, we may pause an order or Pup Club benefits, retry an authorized payment method, or ask you to update billing details. If you do not recognize a charge or believe a payment is incorrect, use the Contact Us page promptly with the order or account details needed to investigate.

Refunds

Approved product refunds are returned to the original payment method. See our Refund Policy for the 30-day product guarantee and request process.

Security

Payment card details are handled by the payment and checkout providers used at checkout. We do not ask you to send full payment card numbers through the Contact Us page.

Changes

We may update this policy when payment methods, membership terms, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page.
